    I made this peanut butter spread this morning, except I used the PB2 chocolate peanut butter flavor. I took a taste and thought, "oh yuck, how can he eat this?" I mean, it was really bad. It was so bad that I checked the date on my yogurt and it was way out of date. Do not make this with soured yogurt. It sucks. I remade it with fresh yogurt but I used more PB2 and a dash of vanilla. It was suprisingly tasty.

    @gerdonr just curious, how did you dip strawberries in this when the consistency of the spread is, well, like peanut butter? Did you make yours a little bit more liquidy?

    Michael! I am just wondering how are you able to maintain muscle mass on such low carbs? Im just asking becasue ive been reading up on carbs on how you need them for muscle glycogen. Do you carb cycle or something like that?

    @Dy699 The fats are derived from peanuts which are a healthy source of fats needed in a diet.

    One thing I don't understand is why a lot of people think that peanut butter is healthy when it is about 50% fat. What exactly is healthy in it?
    Note that i do understand that PB2 is the lighter version of peanut butter.

    @DerToyzi walden's farm has quite a few calorie free dressings/sauce if you dont mind the sodium. the calorie free jelly/bbq sauce are pretty good i've tried them
