Used 2 lbs per hand for most, 3 lbs on calf/lat/ventral raises, 5 lbs per hand on deadlift/row, and added 30 sec. a side of plank hip dips in each segment. Even though this is labeled 'beginner', I still got a good sweat on! Perfect for a day when there's been a lot of stress lately  and I'm short on sleep and not up to heavy cardio for the day. Now onto Kelli's newer 25 minutes lower body strength video…

I'm recovering from glandular fever, when would I be able to start this? Really want to get into shape after being ill for a long time and not being able to do anything.

OK, I have problems with the half jacks. Should I use one hand to steady myself and do the same leg/arm for a couple, then switch? If I do them as depicted, I can't control the down movements.

This workout routine is great! I had to stop exercising for a while because I was recovering from a concussion, but this workout was a great place to start back up. Thank you!

It's so great to finally have a workout video that is actually for begginers who aren't quite fit yet. Great way to ease your body into becoming active instead of jumping into intense routines. Love this so much!

This workout was good for a sciatica flareup, when I needed some exercise that wouldn't aggravate it. The only thing I did differently (other than add light hand weights to a few exercises) was avoid the deadlifts, as forward bending is contraindicated with sciatica. I just did more side and ventral raises instead. Thank you for posting these low-impact routines, they are so helpful for tough days!

At 32 weeks pregnant, this has been the perfect workout. I'm able to amp it up on the days I feel good or dial it down when I'm really pushing myself to find energy.

Holy smokes… I'm trying to lose abit of weight (without giving up food I like [just cutting down]) and man I was so proud of myself when I actually finished this.. Oh my god. I was so happy. I fumbled it abit but it's because I'm new to it. I like how you don't have it where you're doing the same stuff over and over or laying on the ground doing it. I can feel my body burning xD In a good way. I really like this because it's something I can keep up to instead of fast pace.. Big people usually need to start off with something slow..I love these videos <3
