Going to the beach and want to feel “swimsuit” body ready?! Take 10 minutes to work through this exercise routine. This video requires no equipment and can be done at home, in a hotel room, in the gym, or on the beach. Fitness professional, Caroline Jordan leads you through some of the best “beach body” moves to get you feeling confident in your swim suit. The moves include:
– Plank mountain climbers
– Oblique V sits
– Total Body Crunch
– Corkscrew leg lift
– Side plank with twist

– sit ups
These exercises target your upper and lower abs, obliques, arms, and lower back.
