Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1tsp chia seeds

    lovely recipe … thnx a ton .. just made it n ut turned out to be awsome …. i added 1/4tsp baking powder, grinded oat n instead of honey added 2 sachet stevia …. its simply awsome

    I threw out my microwave. Anyone try this in an oven safe Pyrex bowl? If so, what degree Fahrenheit and for how long did you cook it?

    just made this I tweaked it up a bit switching the honey for stevia and adding 2 Tsp of grated carrot (less banana, of course) the result was scrumptious!
