    I've been doing this workout and a few other of the arm workouts
    plus cardio and other toning workouts from you guys for about a month
    and a half, and I am already seeing results. My arms are much stronger, and they are starting to get defined. When I first started, I was mostly using 5lbs. I have now progressed to 10lbs and above!

    Reference for those who need it: Female, 24 years, 5'3", 132 pounds, pear-shaped.

    I love this workout!! It's hard to find a good workout at a slow pace. Usually they are so fast paced that I don't feel the burn. Love it!!!

    I always followed your videos everyday then I lost motivation, took a break and before I knew it I stopped working out for 3 months, I gained weight the thing is I need motivation can you guys help me with that please??? On the bright side i'm getting back into the routine but I lose motivation half way through the workout 🙁 PLEASE HELP ME FITNESSBLENDER

    for the triceps row, i know for sure that your arm should not pass your body because the head of the humerus will slide forward and over time it can cause injury to ligaments and the joint.
