    Wow did this yesterday and while it didn't burn too bad during the workout, it sure as hell burns today. I followed it up with another upper body routine though and finished off with one of your bodyweight arm workouts and today I'm so sore that pulling my pants up hurts as hell. Thanks for these awesome workouts FB!

    It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when other average people build muscle so easily with Max Muscle Method (check it out on Google).

    I am trying to do this one at home but I do not find the proper chair for the push ups.  Any advise of how I can change them?

    Great! I wanted something quick and to the point…got it. Now those push-ups upside down….I hqd to do modified. ..still kill. Kudos. Will go up in weight on bicep curls next time.

    I´m a woman and I do both Kelli´s and Dan´s upper body workouts, just choose a weight good for you, and also their kikcboxing workouts are great for upper body strenght, hips and burning a lot of calories 🙂
