    Rests between series are too short for me. I don't have enough time to change dumbbells weight.

    Great workout! I could barely do the push-ups after all that… My arms felt like noodles! I was worried my arms would give out and i would fall on my face lol

    I liked this workout! It's the perfect amount of time, 30 minutes feels to short and I don't always have an hour to exercise. Also loved the burnout at the end. The workout was great, but with the burn out my arms feel really shakey, I love it!!

    Ouch. Loved it but it would be great if you could also put on the workout program "what Kelli would lift" as I find I'm roughly able to lift a similar amount and I've got no idea where I should be in comparison with Daniel.

    Tough workout but gentle on the lower body which is great because I have a run planned tomorrow.
