    One of your best! Sore glutes and thighs for roughly 3 days afterward, with vigorous stretching and foam rolling. Just the way I like it! I always tack on about 15 minutes of pilates at the end and it's a perfect hour long workout. Thanks Daniel!

    One of my favorite workouts, ever!!! It says Lower Body Strength Workouts, but my arms were FEELING this by the end. Loved, loved, loved.

    Like the dark side of the force do not under estimate the power of this one lol . I am recovering from a strain in my arm so I'm doing lower body and this had me sweating more than a 10 mile run .

    Random question, I'd like to build muscle on my legs but all I have at my apt gym is a smith machine and I read that it's not good to squat on a smith machine because of the fixed movement, and you should use a squat rack only if you're wanting to squat heavy, so I'm not sure what to do to efficiently build my legs. I was wondering what your opinion on this is? Of course I incorporate your leg videos too though :)

    I am so dead. Btw; is it bad if I feel it (a lot) more in my left leg (okay no butt, my left butt cheek haha) ? I always really try to focus on doing the same amount of reps on each side and try to put the same amount of effort into it but somehow I usually feel one side more than the other. So frustrating!

    This was killer. The abc, abc structure combined with minimum rest breaks had me sweating buckets and panting hard. Had to lifted much lighter than I normally do and pause the video multiple times to catch my breath. Love it!! I read the workout description beforehand so I just counted the reps myself. Daniel sneaking in some extra reps (whether deliberately or accidentally, haha!) into the video was not an issue for me at all. :)
