    I couldn't make it out of tiredness and boredom! Same exercise four times plus super long intervals and very few exercises? It gets a little too repetitive for me

    I kept the girls pace throu out the video and did them all nothing really hurts but my heart is pounding and I'm very Sweaty I didn't think it was that hard but it was far from easy. How would you discribe my athelite?? Please answer!!

    I did this with a lot of pauses and changed the double butt kicker to just butt kicker. It is crazy hard but workout is complete!

    this was pure torture. i had to swap the double leg butt kicks for other exercises.

    I did this but I changed many exercises to low impact, no jumping :)

    This was so hard! I usually have the will to push through every exercise but this one had me quitting 🙁 definitely met my match workout!

    This is the hardest hiit routine I've done through Fitnessblender. Haf to modify the movements and take breaks. Thanks for all the great workouts.

    Its Thanksgiving today! I have been a loyal FB workout'er(?) for 3+ yrs(do it couple times a week)!! I am thankful that I keep finding new FB workouts, like this 3yr old gem – have done soon many of their workouts and thought I had done all of their best workouts and I trip onto this today!!!!!     Got through it, but this is one of your hardest workouts… it's almost as mentally challenging as it is physically because the exercises are so hard and so long! I think I almost cried :'(

    THAT WORKOUT KILLED ME!! I first read the comments and I was like: The burpees were the easier? Are you kidding me? and "why is everyone complaining about the double butt kickers..they don't sound so hard.. AFTER the workout: WOAH..I'M SWETING SO BAD…The burpees were okay but the double butt kickers? I COULDN'T DO EVEN 10 one behind the other!! IT WAS AN AMAZING WORKOUT!! THANK YOU FITNESS BLENDER 😀 :D

    i doubt that Kelly did this entire workout though in one sitting-all the scenes were clipped and "pasted" b.c theres no way she could have kept her form throughout the entire workout

    Only made it to 10:45, as my legs went to jelly. Hopefully after a few goes over the next few days, my body will be able to take it. Love all the other comments though lol, keep going people!

    when i was doing double kicker, it was the slowest 1 minute, EVER!!!!! im sweating like crazy now :-p

    made it to 17 minutes but ONLY by modifying each exercise – about 60 percent of it jogging on the spot then doing a couple more when he says 5-4-3-2-1  !!
