    before training routine today, i felt so anxious and nervous, after this and some extra stretch workout, i feel, fck anxiety and fck everything :D

    Hi, I'm 185 m and 90 kg. I wanted to lose weight so I tried to do this workout program but in 7th minute I got dizzy then puked. Why did that happened?

    The only workout where burpees can be considered a "break". I have 3 short videos like this lined up for today but after just this one I want to be done!

    This is got to be my favorite Fitness Blender workout ever.Lol I think I comment once a year, on this same video, about how good it is. Its great for a quick morning workout by itself but, i love to do this one with the 20 minute butt and thigh workout. I guess I love not being able to feel my legs.

    Whew! Who knew 17 mins could be so intense. I had to march in place most times because my quads were burning badly. I mad it though. Gonna be looking for more 15 min workouts because I am too lazy to do a full 30 for now. On the brighter side,   at least I'm still trying

    this burns up to what, 215lbs? Nice exercise. If you think this is hard, try to Plyometrics by P90x, that shit can burn up to +900lbs. Be lucky you arent doing that

    surprised at all the burpee comments. i find the high knees to be much harder. maybe because I try not to cheat on them. most others must be cheating and not even realizing.

    Great workout! Did the whole thing and I'm sweaty and smiling!
    Since it's getting too cold to run outside, i find these series of home workouts to be a great substitution for the time being :)

    I can barely do these exercises because 10 seconds into jumping, my right ribcage really cramps up.. I ate protein cereal  two hours before this too… I wanted to do this bc there is nowhere to go walking/running in my area… any suggestions? (5'4, 115 llbs, already doing 100 squats a day, & I have asthma if that helps)
