    Can you recommend videos for people with weak arms? When it comes to lower body workouts I do really well, for core I do okay, but with my arms I am really bad. I had to pause often during this workout and I'd really like to train up my arms more. Also my wrists are pretty weak – sometimes I have to pause not because of strenght problems, but because my wrists hurt.
