    I made it through! wooo! had to pause a couple of seconds around burpee nr 80 though.. but pushed through when I saw further on in the video were jumping jacks! I have never loved jumping jacks this much :)

    Glad to hear that other people found this challenging too. I finished the work out but couldn't do it in the time and with the intensity I wanted to. Maybe I did it early in the morning on an empty stomach, but I didn't feel very energetic. This one felt like a drag on. I've done 1 hour cardio workout with many more exercises and felt energetic upto the 40 min mark. Well, maybe I should just done weight training today.

    I did every burpee. I'm pretty amazed! I've never been so glad to do jumping jacks in my life!

    hello sir iam every day iam walking about 4km and after iam doing these workouts. but iam not completed at least one round. please suggest me some workouts to burn fat around waist and belly.thanks

    workout complete I feel very accomplished this was challenging. However now (5 minutes later) I have a headache. Can someone explain why?

    I've been doing this work out for about 2 weeks almost every day now. The first day, I got 6 minutes in, the next day, just under half way through. The follow day I surpassed the half way point before quitting, and 4 days after I started it was the first time I finished the workout in its entirety. I did it fully the next 3-4 days, everyday, and then I took a small break and did a few other core cardio videos (which were less intense than this one). I've come back today to do this one again, and I finished it so much more easily than the last times i did it completely! I can definitely tell I'm getting stronger and my wife even says I'm starting to see muscle gain/fat loss results! I'm sticking with the work outs and we'll see how much fat I lose, how much muscle I gain, and how much more healthy I become! I've also completely changed my diet habits from the last 2 weeks to a more lean, less carby diet. Fitness Blender is great!

    Have been doing your videos almost daily along with strenght training 5-6 times a week and the conditioning ive got has been so fast its insane, I train really rough and do HIIT 4-6 times a week. Seriously, thank you Daniel and Kelly, love you guys!

    Reading all these comments and looking at all those burpees, I thought I was up against a challenge. But it feels good to say that I was able to complete routine without any problems/breaks. Honestly speaking I felt my regular HIT running feels more harder than this. All in all though this is a good routine.

    After the first round i had to quit i simply couldn't continue i literally felt like puking or fainting, and i really mean LITERALLY. i am 190cm tall weigh 80kg and look pretty normal.
    I feel really bad and depressed for not being able to complete this workout.
    so is it normal for a normal shaped man to not be able to complete this?

    OH.MY.DAYUM. This has too be the hardest workout ever. just got to 10 min and I was dying. Finished the workout (I don't know how) and I feel sooo good.

    I am addicted to fitnessblender. Doing them every other day. Once I finished a workout, I can feel my body getting stronger and fitter. Could you guys also give some tips on what foods I should consume? Do you have any knowledge on that? Greetings, Chief

    Workout complete! I used to doing your 1000 calories workouts and I gotta say: this workout (especially those brutal burpees) is as intense as them!

    Before this I hated Jumping Jacks. But after those 90 Burpees they were like heaven.

    I've been doing this workout about once a week for a couple of months, and I love it. It's intense because of the burpees, but I can definitely see a difference in my abs and my endurance.

    its my first day trying these videos out and i hate it and love it at the same time. hate it bcuz at the 10 min mark i was out of breath but i felt the burn and i loved it ! Thank you and Thank you all for your comments, they really motivate me to keep on going.

    Day 9! you people are trying to kill me! I thought you said week 1 and 2 would be easy! I am scared of what is to come if this is the easy one!! thanks for the great workout i am in to week 2 of your 8 week plan and am also enjoying your 4 day meal plan. For anyone looking for a good diet and exercise routine I would seriously recommend these guys the routine and diet are easy to follow and I am really enjoying it so far, and it was only $10 per program which is really cheap if you ask me! the $10 for exercise gets you a 8 week plan with a routine to follow each day including a fitness test to gauge your improvement and the diet includes a grocery list and 3 meals + 3 snacks a day with cooking instruction nice simple food easy to follow. looking forward to seeing results in 8 weeks

    At first i was like "oh burpees", and then another burpees, and then another burpees. At 8th minute, i was like "there's no way i would do another burpees for the next 20 minutes hahaha. And thank god, it's the first time i felt so relieved there was jumping jacks haha!
