So Delicious brand coconut milk
Harmless harvest coconut water

Smoothie 1 -Pina Colada (sweet, tropical, simple flavor)
Coconut milk
Pineapple
Garden of Life Raw Rice Protein (Whole Foods near the supplements)
Organic coconut flakes
Orange slices

Smoothie 2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia (creamy peanut buttery deliciousness)
Hemp Milk
Hemp protein powder (any is fine, but today I used ONNIT brand)
Organic Chocolate Extract & Maple Extract (Whole Foods)
Stevia
Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter
Chia Seeds

Smoothie 3 Green Grass Monster (very strong and grassy, but will make you feel STUPENDOUS)
-Coconut Water
-Frozen berries
-Collard Greens
-Wheat grass
-Macca Powder

Smoothie 4 Lemon Lime Blueberry (bright and refreshing.)
Almond Milk
Frozen Blueberries
Tera’s Oraganic Vanilla Whey (whole foods near the supplements)
Vanilla extract (Trader Joe’s)
Juice of 2 Lemons and 1 Lime
Stevia

Smoothie 5 Healthy Fats (Creamy, mild, comforting flavor)
Flax Milk
Flax oil
Tiny sliver of fresh ginger, about the size of the tip of a finger.
Reserveage Grass-fed Chocolate Whey
1/4 Avocado
Couple Dandelion leaves
Couple orange slices
a tiny bit of stevia

    Yep me too! I thought I was the only one that was die hard for the peanut butter. Eating peanut butter for me is like ice cream. Lol.

    Thank you so much for mentioning the hormone effects of soy! I try to tell people all the time about the phytoestrogens in it and they look at me like I'm speaking some other language and lost my mind! Which speaking of…I always thought whey protein came from soy. Is it not? Because my husband is trying to stay away from the soy (obviously very bad for men due to the estrogen) but the only 100% soy free that we could think of was bovine protein powder. If regular whey protein has little to no soy it would def be cheaper. Or would you suggest sticking with the bovine?

    Hey! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan, but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard several unbelivable things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

    Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every fat reduction method that was available, but eventually not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan mainly because my work buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I have effectively dropped 18 pounds within 4 weeks!

    When considering eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet as it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

    Sorry if this is a stupid question but if you just drink one like every morning will it make u lose fat or do u have to like run or excersize with it?
