    Guys, you are really great. And I agree, you are so easy to listen and you don't annoy me when it gets harder as the rest of the trainers 😀
    I have a question, my goal is to increse strength and my question is: is it important to feel pain in muscles next day? If I don't feel it, does it mean that I didn't work hard enough? Thank you :)

    I used to do your workouts muted so I can either listen to my own music or watch something to let the time fly. However, I have been doing your workouts with the volume 100% so I can hear you guys the best.. and let me tell you.. it has been so much better and so fun to hear you guys talk! I seriously love you guys >_<
