* Workout everyday, lifting as heavy as possible to get your muscles pumped and full.
* Just 1 or 2 days before your deadline, switch up your workouts to lower weight, higher repetitions to burn the maximum amount of calories and achieve that firm looking dead sexy beach body.
* DRINK WATER- Water will flush out your system of toxins, and also cut down on your hunger cravings so you dont eat an excess of calories.
* Stick to lean proteins. Stay away from red meats like steaks and ground beef. Egg whites, fish, and chicken should be your only protein sources during this time.
* Eat tons of Veggies
* Cut out sugars
*No late night eating, try to go to sleep with an empty stomach.
