If you really need to tone up within a week for a show, event, or to simply looking amazing in your bathing suit at the beach here’s what you need to do…

* Workout everyday, lifting as heavy as possible to get your muscles pumped and full.

* Just 1 or 2 days before your deadline, switch up your workouts to lower weight, higher repetitions to burn the maximum amount of calories and achieve that firm looking dead sexy beach body.

* DRINK WATER- Water will flush out your system of toxins, and also cut down on your hunger cravings so you dont eat an excess of calories.

* Stick to lean proteins. Stay away from red meats like steaks and ground beef. Egg whites, fish, and chicken should be your only protein sources during this time.

* Eat tons of Veggies

* Cut out sugars

*No late night eating, try to go to sleep with an empty stomach.

    You can not just drink all the water you want..Its called water intoxication and it causes you to flush out all of your salts and electrolytes.So no dont just drink water .Your body only needs so much unless your In high heat,exercising.Sweating and even then you need to also replace Electrolytes at the same time.Magneseum ,potassium,saltsETC.Please check wity a DOCTOR before doing any of these things.,Just keep drinking water can absolutly kill you.Also if on CERTAIN medications, even Herbal supplements dont EAT GRAPEFRUIT!!! It can kill you from a Dangerous interaction.Dont believe me Check with a Pharmacist…I love people who put out Videos with no warnings.
