    Well im 26 stone and iv been doing this 2 times per day for 1 week to start with and i can feel it working im not as bloated at all now

    I'm loving this work out. I tried it last night but only made it about 5 1/2 minutes. I changed some of the exercises so they're not so rough to start out. Right now, I finished and I am covered in sweat and feeling amazing. THANK YOU for posting!!

    i read online that we need to eat 1st or use something else like nutritions,…. enough amino 4 the workout, so we can make sure that the body will not use amino from destroying the muscles to get it. When I know that i never do it if I have not eat breakfast yet :). Is it a right information? thank you

    It was a great workout, though i cant make some exercsises correctly because my body is still not that strong but i know ill eventually do them with no problem

    Thanks for the video! 15 minutes and it hits all the major muscle groups + cardio with each set having new exercises. Keeps it fresh and fast. Good intervals too. Thanks again!

    Throughout I felt fine…but 2 minutes after the final exercise I died (I would imagine death being that painful).

    Awesome! I'm starting to put together a morning routine, that includes exercise among other things, and this seems great!
    Although I might alternate it with some other workout routines just to have some variation.
    And thank you for all of your videos, it's just what I needed! :D
