In this episode of Insane Home Fat Loss, Sanela brings us a great routine that combines toning for the core and legs with some good ole fashioned cardio to hep work the legs even more. I was skeptical at first but I must admit, this is an amazing workout for your core and legs and like all of our workouts, it doesn’t require any equipment at all!
This will help tremendously with balance and stamina.
Let’s put it all together:
3 LEGGED DOG::10 REPS:: Get in the plank position. Raise your butt up so that your head is facing down. Raise and extend your right leg, bring this leg down and up to touch your chin. Then re-extend the leg back out and come back to the plank position. From there bring that same leg up to meet your elbow. Repeat until you reach 10 reps.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS:: 50 REPS (each leg equals one rep):: The mountain climber calisthenics exercise conditions your entire body and is excellent for developing foot and leg muscles. Start in the basic push-up position with your arms in line with your chest and your legs extended outward. Get up on the balls of your feet. Bring each leg forward, one at a time. Make sure that you keep the non-moving leg bent as you bring the other forward.
Once you finish this cycle once repeat it 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles.
And that’s it y’all! Try it out, I think it will be a great way for you to get the lean and toned lower body you want. This is a great way for girls to get the toned legs and butt you’ll love to show off in shorts or skirts…and for guys to get the strong, lean legs women love.
